Excellent post, he virtually never rebels always tows the party line. The only one I agree with is his support for the smoking ban. I strongly support the ban and while I am glad to hear he supported it, I feel he did it more for the party than for the right reasons. But on the rest of those issues I agree with your analysis

I suspect the Conservatives might take issue with using their emblem on the poster, though I don’t think the USSR is in much of a position to do anything about the use of theirs!
