Ah Frustrated you just made my evening with that. I burst out laughing when I read that about Lord Taylor.

I think it’s hilarious how every investigation that goes on can always be countered with, “unless the likes of Lord Taylor have been bunged”.

What a shocking state of affairs it is. We have so called law lords who are sat below a big black cloud of suspicion after Lord Taylor’s antics.

I mean, he was one of the few that was caught, but I think only the naivest of people would think that none of the others are having their palms greased.

If it really is safe then I hope they do win (though I don’t think Canataxx can demand a public inquiry – only appeal & it’s for the Planning Inspectorate and Secretary of State to decide if there’s a public inquiry). However if there is a reasonable chance of risk (and that’s for geology experts, not me to decide) and it could cause an explosion or other disaster then another option needs looking at. The fact that it seems to lie on a natural fault is worrying but I’m happy to leave it to the opinion of the experts – provided of course the likes of Lord Taylor don’t nobble anyone to decide something that’s not quite right.

If it does, then I expect it to get in.
