There has been much publicity in recent days about the vile pondlife known as Wendy Lewis. Now infamously known as ‘Britain’s Most Disgusting Woman’ I still feel Harriet Harman is a strong contender for that one personally. She urinated on Blackpool’s war memorial The Cenotaph and even committed a sex act on it. And as if that wasn’t bad enough she resisted arrest assaulting a police officer then went on the run from court before finally being captured, after all this she walks free and I am appalled as are (rightly) many others. I cannot believe there are people trying to defend this sick woman.

But one big question noone seems to be asking is; How the bloody hell did she manage to flee court in the first place? Do they not have security guards not to mention a police station right on top of the courts. Also in her brief appearance at court before fleeing she abused war veterans.

Yet despite all this she walks free with a soft sentence. She should have been committed to Crown Court and jailed for a long time especially considering she skipped bail.

Contrast this with the case of Ian Stafford the ex-Mayor of the nice village of Preesall. He stole some women’s knickers, hardly the crime of the century and got 2 years in prison, I am appalled. This man had an unblemished record of serving the people as a local Mayor yet he is incarcerated for such a petty crime. Ian Stafford should be freed and made to do local community service. He is a harmless old man who didn’t physically harm anyone. He has also suffered widespread humiliation and I think I can safely say the mud will stick.

Lewis on the other hand is a benefit-claiming drug addict according to the Gasjet. Probably never worked in her life and never served her community, she commits some vile and violent acts and yet she is freed.

Cases like this show what a complete and utter joke our so-called ‘justice’ system is. In America crime is punished proportionately. Why do our local magistrates seem to buy the pathetic ‘I was drunk and unaware’ excuse everytime? So that makes it alright, don’t get drunk in the first place if you end up doing such stupid things. I know my limits when I drink and I would claim such a pathetic excuse in court.

Ian Stafford should be let out and Lewis put in his place. Then for once justice will be done.

  1. Here Here!! excellent article TB and a good comparison, this creature called Lewis not only defiled a cenotaph but skipped bail and attacked a copper. They shoukld birch her scum friend who also insulted the veterans with a nazi salute; a few weeks in Belsen would readjust his attitude. The problem is,is that these insects descend on Blackpool, I was in town today and its festooned with these corporeal vulgarities.Lets have the name of the shithead magistrates please; so we can PISS on them!

    • As well as a custodial sentence they should also make her do community work serving the veterans who she insulted with her callous acts. Not the old ‘I am ashamed of what I have done but I was drunk at the time’ excuse scribbled down on a piece of paper by their solicitor. “Say this in the dock and they will show you mercy”.

      • indeed, that was pathetic, the magistrates need to be named and shamed;neglect of duty.

        • They always claim they are bound by sentencing guidelines. I think the guidelines should be relaxed so that an element of common sense can be applied in a case such as this where there is clearly public outrage in the case. But I would love to see these guidelines. Where in the guidelines does it say a Mayor who steals a few pairs of knickers with an unblemished community record and no previous convitions gets 2 bloody years while Christopher Easter one of Blackpool’s biggest thieves, a ‘reformed character’ and truly ‘ashamed’ of his actions all 200 times he has been convicted before. But yet only last week was he finally comitted to Crown Court. This guy has had ‘one more chance’ too many times. The sentencing in this country is a joke.

          • The reason they say they are bound by sentencing guidelines is because they are bound by sentencing guidelines!

If a magistrate gives a sentence that is outside the guidelines, the defendant can appeal and would probably win unless circumstances deem that the sentence was justified (in which case this might be obvious and the defendant may well not bother appealing).

What would you rather have, a system where every magistrate sent everyone to jail and had every decision appealed (which means the case has to then be heard again before a judge), or a system where the magistrate made the right decision according to the guidelines in the first place and judges were free to process their backlog of cases?

I agree that something should be put in place to reform these career criminals of the likes of Mr Easter.

            • Good points Phil but like I said the guidelines should be relaxed so more common sense can be applied. Career reoffenders like Easter shouldn’t be spared jail time and time again just because he claims he is ‘sorry’ which the scumbag clearly isn’t. I am not saying all offenders should go to prison but I feel the current system is too soft and on the criminal’s side.

  2. Here is another fine example of the British injustice system http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-505428/Victim-false-rape-claim-pay-12-500-bed-board-jail.html

I mean that on 2 levels

    1. The fact that this perfectly innocent man was arrested, charged and sent to prison on the word of an evil lying scumbag I find appalling. All crimes should be properly investigated, the police should NEVER EVER go purely on someone’s word. But what I also find appalling is that the Coalition stopped short of keeping the names of accused rapists secret because feminist campaigners campaigned against it. Why should innocent men have their lives ruined by people’s malicious lies. Names should only EVER be released when someone has been proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt and convicted.

    2. The fact that innocent victims of miscarriages of justice have to pay for ‘bed and board’ that is nothing short of scandalous. All the lowlife scum that make up 99% of prisons who actually have committed their crimes get years of bed and board all expenses paid on the taxpayer and wrongly imprisoned people have to pay, it is an insult to these innocent people and should be overturned.

I should have written a separate article on this really, oh well.

  3. The bed and board thing I totally agree with. Though I do think accused rapists should not have anonymity. This is because it is such a private crime where proving it is often going to be impossible and the guilty will largely walk free. So there should be some way of letting the public know they were accused so that a little extra caution can be applied even though I accept that a small number of innocent men will always have that shadow of doubt unfairly applied. However where women can be proved to have falsely claimed to have been raped (again beyond resonable doubt) the full power of the press and prison system should be brought to bear upon them to stop false allegations being at all appealing.
The poor ex-mayor was treated far too harshly. He had not committed such a terrible crime in the scale of things and merely the press coverage would have been an enormous strain on the man. Scum like Wendy Lewis and her boyfriend should not be shown any mercy. They know what drugs do – but they take them anyway. They have no intention of ever working or trying to support themselves. They are mere leeches on the rest of us and the sooner they overdose themsleves to death the better.

    • Good comment Frustrated. Where an innocent man is acquited he should be publicly named as innocent and his accuser should be named, shamed and locked up indefinitely. I think it is appalling that women who make up stories are kept anonymous, that is not justice. I agree Lewis and her boyfriend are pondlife scum, they sit around feeling sorry for themselves thinking society owes them a debt and they do nothing to help themselves. They are total lowlifes and have got off very lightly.

      • I think there’s too many grey areas in rape cases though to say someone acquitted is innocent. Acquitted should be reported. Accuser clearly making a false accusation again reported. But where someone is just let off for lack of evidence (which is entirely right in itself) but there’s no evidence the “victim” was lying either then the acquittal should be reported for the man alone (with a record kept by the police to ensure women don’t repeatedly cry rape).

  4. If you look at the actual crime committed, Ian Stafford committed the worse offence.

That Lewis might have been drugged up if anything probably mitigates her circumstances in doing whatever act she did and obviously there is a lot of sentiment attached to the memorial she desecrated.

However, it’s just a public order offence, not a crime against any particular person. You have to ignore the fact that it’s a war memorial I am afraid.

What TB misses in his article is that not only did Ian Stafford steal knickers, he broke into womens’ homes to do so, and, significantly, wanked himself off with them whilst in their home.

    GD Star Rating

    • Most of the homes he didn’t break into – he had a key. And he was only able to break in because they had employed him in some capacity anyway. Whilst it’s not a nice experience having your knicker drawer raided and smalls defiled – that was the extent of the “crime”. There was no possibility of him returning undetected. There was no fear more people would break into your home to do the same. And if you were broken into rather than him entering with a key – wasn’t it really better him with one pair of your knickers than a burglar who would steal everything sentimental you had? At least it exposed easy access points for future burglars because he wasn’t an experienced robber.

What Wendy Lewis did was to defile a monument to those who died for this country. Who endured much greater hardship than this woman has ever experienced. Whose loved ones were left without their main wage earner to bring up children on their own without the benefit of our current welfare system. She might only have peed and presumably given a blow job – but it stood for a woman who couldn’t care tuppence about our society as a whole rather than a man having a wank inappropriately. Her “boyfriend” – the rat-faced unwashed heroin addict – threw a Nazi salute to men who had risked their lives against the Nazis and lived in real fear of them. He should have been treated far more harshly as well.
They might have technically fallen into certain categories of crime which govern that housebreaking (which generally includes burglarly or stalking or really serious crimes) is more serious than peeing in the street – but the actual crimes show that these categories don’t always work for sorting crime by its seriousness.

      • Stafford invaded peoples homes masturbated in them then stole female underwear which he took home and may well have done the same with the garments at his own house. Speak to the home owners who were involved before you trivialise it so.

        • Yes true but they don’t seem to have taken his previous good character and lack of convictions into account. Masterthief Christopher Easter has walked free 180 times before he has finally only now got to Crown Court and he is a benefit claiming lowlife who has probably never worked a day in his life yet he gets shown leniency. People like him don’t rehabilitate they need locking up. He has been given more than enough chances to clean up his act.

  5. I did post a comment when I read that TB was going try and compare Lewis and Stafford case not to overly trivialise what Stafford did. Stafford was painted in the media as some sort of harmless buffoon but what he did could potentially escalate to a much more serious crime. In simple terms he got sexual gratification in breaking into females houses putting the woman’s underwear on and masturbating in it. After a while this sexual gratification would diminish then what would he do start taking photos of the females, perhaps he would begin to stalk them would he end up actually assaulting them? You may laugh but if you look at many sexual assailants most would have at some point done something in a smaller scale to get sexual gratification and when that became boring they escalated their crime.
That aside Lewis did get a lenient sentence she shouldn’t have gone to prison for a person who just urinated on a war memorial. This is not a one off crime I can think of a least three other cases in the last 12 months who have been found guilty of the same crime. None went to prison BUT all got hundreds of hour of community service why didn’t Lewis why just a small fine? As for people saying she should go to prison for a long time well there not judging the crime but the person. Now TB says Lewis had other crimes that she should answer for and that is another reason why she should have a long sentence.
Well lets look at them “she abused war veterans” this she did but they were lining up to abuse her as she was walking in to court.
“She urinated on Blackpool’s war memorial The Cenotaph and even committed a sex act on it” no she didn’t commit a sex act on it she did the sex act close by not on it so if we are talking about disrespect for the fallen then the sex act shouldn’t be in the mix.
“she resisted arrest assaulting a police office” the police officer was kicked in the ankle I know some police officers they would get more hurt by some of the things TB says about them.
“went on the run from court” which she spent two days in prison for.
Now if TB want to talk about people being sent to prison for serious criminal acts I am all for that unfortunately prisons are full of people doing short term sentencing for small criminal acts so lets use prison correctly and send criminals there who have or may well do serious acts and not a bunch of sados that “we just done like”.

  6. With all the talk of injustice, here is a silver lining to the dark cloud of the shambles that was the Ian Tomlinson case anyway http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-11142550 And about time too. I am shocked this incompetent doctor was even on the Home Office Pathologist List, an honour usually reserved for eminent doctors. Just a shame because of the total lack of accountability in the police the officer in question will never face sanction.
