BLACKPOOL COUNCIL’S flagship Fairness Commission now has it’s own website and modus operandi published for all to see. Some cite it as little other than a quasi-official think tank for the council leader’ cronies, and from observation of the pages adorning its Wordpress.com blog site, one can conclude that this hypothesis isn’t too far off the mark.
