BLACKPOOL COUNCIL’S flagship Fairness Commission now has it’s own website and modus operandi published for all to see. AFTER SCRAPPING various ‘pointless’ committees, Simon Blackburn whipped out his famous brass instrument at the last full council meeting and proclaimed that Blackpool would be creating a Fairness Commission. There was much rejoicing, of course. Who doesn’t want the council to be fair?
