A WINTER of discontent looms as public sector workers in Britain are just days away from strike action over pension reforms.

IT WAS confirmed yesterday that two teaching unions, the Association of Teachers and Lecturers (ATL) and the National Union of Teachers (NUT) have voted in favour of strike action, set to take place on the 30th of June.
Unite has replaced joint secretaries Derek Simpson and Tony Woodley; ultra militant firebrand Len McCluskey has been elected and has called for war on the government.
